Here are all of the Harry Potter audio books as flac files, as read by Jim Dale.  We archived them in Flac to both preserve the discs, in their original quality, and just because we could.  These are the U.S. Versions of the books.  We are hoping to aquire the UK Versions of the series, as read by Stephen Fry, at some point in the future.

They were ripped from the original CDS, 99 in total, using Exact Audio Copy in secure mode.  This averaged out to approximately 40 minutes per disc, so you can be sure that we are glad that we willl hopefully never have to rearchive these discs again!  Please share this around to as many people as have the space for this wonderful series.  The entire series totals at roughly 17.5 Gigabytes in size, but we feel that this is a small sacrifice for the preservation of such an iconic series.  After ripping, some metadata errors were fixed to make things more consistent. The EAC logs and playlists were also updated to reflect these changes. We also created playlists for each book, and just because we could, created a playlist for the entire series!
